Today: notes, photos and supply runs

Today is the app’s home screen. It shows where you’re working and has the clock button at the bottom.

What Today shows

The Week tab shows your next 7 days.

Add a note

  1. Tap Note. It goes on the job you’re clocked in to, or today’s first job.
  2. Type the note. Your phone’s dictation works here.
  3. To add a photo, tap Add photo. Your phone opens the camera (it may offer your photo library too). Retake photo replaces it.
  4. Tap Save. You’ll see “Note saved.”

Edit or delete today’s notes

Under the buttons, My notes today lists every note you added today, newest first, with its job and time.

“Today” means your company’s calendar day. From the next day, earlier notes no longer show in the app; the office keeps them all. An edit or delete made with no signal waits and goes when the signal returns, but one that arrives after midnight is refused, because the note’s day has ended.

Photos

You add photos to notes, to the crew lead’s daily log at clock-out, to supply-run receipts, and in team chat. With no signal, photos wait on your phone. The Me tab shows how many are waiting to upload; they go when you have signal.

Supply runs

When you leave the site for materials, you don’t clock out. While you’re clocked in:

  1. Tap Supply run on Today.
  2. Fill in Where and why? It’s required. The app suggests your recent ones; tap one to use it.
  3. Tap Add receipt photo if you have one.
  4. Tap Done. You’ll see “Supply run saved. Your time stays on” the job.

Supply runs show on your time card on the Me tab.
